With the purchase of any equipment service is also a very important factor. At Valley Business Equipment Inc. (VBEI) we have based our future and success on providing the finest support we can offer to our products. We firmly maintain that this is the key to success not only for us but also for you, a potential valued customer.

Other companies offer a variety of support many, unfortunately, only verbally. Our mandate is to offer to you a level of service unrivaled in this area and one that not many agencies, if any, in this Province can offer.

We employ 5 Service Technicians, 3 in Happy Valley Goose Bay, 1 in Labrador City / Wabush and 1 in Makkovik. Two of which have in excess of 20 years experience working on the Canon line of products and over 45 years working with electronics. All our technicians are Canon factory trained on the full range of Canon Monochrome Copiers, Color Copiers, Printers, Calculators and Facsimile Machines.

SUPPLIES

Toner, and other consumables are stocked here in Happy Valley Goose Bay along with approximately $80,000.00 of parts. This means that you the customer will not be unnecessarily inconvenienced by downtime caused by either lack of supplies or machine breakdowns. We pride ourselves on providing a maximum response time to local area call outs of 4 working hours and should we not be able to restore your equipment to a condition satisfactory to you within 8 working hours a substitute machine will be provided at no extra charge (not necessarily same model - consumables and copy cost extra).

Unfortunately any faults due to reasons outside normal use, wear and tear may be at the customers expense.

Any costs associated with repair to equipment caused by the use of third party toner, paper or cartridges, refilled or original, will be at the customers expense

Hours of operation are 8:00 am - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Federal and Provincial holidays excepted. Call outs outside these hours will be considered, however a call out charge may apply. Cell phone response during non working hours.
