PAYING BY CREDIT CARD:

the items or item numbers and quantity you wish to order or get a shipping
quote for, please include your mailing address. We will then respond by
email with a total cost including shipping. We will also in this email
provide you a secure link to where you can make payment if you wish to
order. Shipping cost will be quoted by Expedited or Surface Mail unless otherwise
